Gio was very helpful from the start and understood what we wanted. His advice, expertise and guidance was helpful and made things easy. He has used excellent quality products and also has a good eye for detail. He works very hard to get the job done and turned up every morning when he said he would. They are very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. We also had an issue with a radiator which was coming off the wall, they had to cut a panel and place wood inside the wall cavity, what a great job with minimal re-decoration work to be carried out. After some quotes for people who were just trying to upsell us we found g10 and chivi came around to quote. G10 came round and knew exactly what the problem was. He traced the pipework back and found a blockage which he unblocked and inturn got the radiator working.
